Two Tall Totems Ltd. DBA as TTT Studios or Handled (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software applications, plugins, and integrations (“Apps”) as well as the website handled.work (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information across both our Site and our Apps.

By using the Site or installing/using our Apps, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect from our website

Personally identifiable information

This is information that may be used to identify you as an individual, such as your e-mail address, name, home or work address, or telephone number. We may collect this information in a number of ways on this Site, including, but not limited to, the on-line request a quote form, as well as the comments form and email messages to any ttt.studio or Handled email address.

Non-personally identifiable information 

This is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We may collect this information in a number of ways on this Site, including, but not limited to, how you use this Site, such as resources browsed, searched and downloaded, the frequency and duration of visits, and your source IP address.

Session recording information

We may use session recording software on the Handled Website. This software enables us to record Handled Visitors’ use, interaction, and engagement with the Handled Website. This software may capture user input, such as mouse and keyboard inputs and mobile gestures, and user views, such as browser or screen output. We use this software to help us optimize  Handled Visitors’ experience. By using the Handled Website, you consent to our use of session recording software.

What information we collect from our Apps

Depending on the platform and app functionality, we may collect.

Account information
This is basic profile information provided by a platform (e.g Microsoft Teams, Google workspace, Slack) such as your name, email address, or organization ID, used to authenticate your access.

Usage data
This includes logs about how the App is used (e.g., features accessed, frequency, or error reports). It helps us improve stability and support.

Content data (if required by functionality)
In some cases, our Apps may need access to content such as documents, calendar events, emails or chat messages in order to perform its functions. Access is limited to what is necessary, and content is not stored by Handled unless required to deliver the service.

How we use your information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and operate the Site and Apps.

• Deliver requested functionality (e.g., syncing documents, processing tasks).

• For Apps, data is processed only temporarily unless explicitly required for service delivery. All client data will be deleted within 90 days of contract termination

• Diagnostic and usage data may be anonymized and aggregated for analytics.

• Information is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. 

Sharing information
We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• With service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support) under confidentiality agreements.

• If required by law, to comply with legal obligations or government requests.

• In business transfers, if Handled is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not disclose, sell, trade, or rent personal information to commercial mailing lists.

Third-Party Platforms & Data Transfers

Handled Apps integrate with third-party platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Slack. These integrations may involve processing or storing your information within those platforms’ systems, which can include transfers to servers located outside your country. By using our Site or Apps, you consent to such transfers in compliance with applicable laws.

Data accessed or processed through these platforms remains subject to their respective privacy policies. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of third-party platforms when installing or using Handled Apps.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection of transmitted or stored data.

Your Rights & Choices

• You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

• You may uninstall our Apps at any time.

• You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you (subject to technical and legal limitations).

• Organization administrators may control or restrict App access within their IT environments.

We will cease all communication and use of personal identifiable information upon your request. Your privileges for access to the Resources on this Site or App may then be suspended.

Our Site may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of every website they visit.

Changes to this Statement

If there are changes or additions to the terms of this Privacy Policy, we will post those changes here prior to implementing the change, as such, Handled encourages you to periodically review this Privacy Policy so you are informed on how your information is being protected and used.

If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy,  Handled will notify the users of such changes using the personally identifiable information collected on this Site.
